An authentic Italian cafe and pizzeria in Lapland!?! sounds crazy enough, especially if you consider that we are in the middle of the unspoilt forest of Honkamaa, half an hour drive from the nearest village.

Things were looking hard after the pandemic struck hard on us only a few weeks after starting the company up. Governments all over the world were placing travel restrictions and we were left without customers. We then came up with a way for locals to come and see us. Pizza is very popular in Finland, but there are only a bunch of authentic joints that do pizza in what we, Italians, would deem the proper way. And definitely none where you can meet so many cute dogs and have a sled ride!

We had the idea to start a bar and Italian pizzeria . Customers immediately appreciated the idea of ​​having a real pizzeria in Lapland and we suddenly became one of the food meeting points in the area, both for locals and foreigners!

Other than our famous pizzas, you can taste pasta dishes and antipasti obtained from the best ingredients that you can find in this part of the world.

Our small market boasts high-quality Italian products from small, family-run companies.

We also boast a small but very interesting Italian wine list, focused on Tuscany, and sell beers from both Tornion Panimo (the area’s best brewery), as well as Peroni and Menabrea, from Italy.
